CEO of Naftogaz of Ukraine
Andriy Kobolyev has over eight years of experience in the oil and gas sector in Ukraine.
Prior to his appointment as CEO of Naftogaz of Ukraine, Andriy was an adviser at the AYA Capital private investment and banking group. There he was involved with raising debt and equity capital, loan restructuring, and reorganization of corporate structures of large enterprises.
Andriy worked for Naftogaz of Ukraine between 2002 and 2010, where he started his career as a specialist in the Economy and Price Policy Department.
In 2006-2007, he occupied the position of director of the Department for Corporate Finance and Price Policy and in 2008-2010 he was an adviser to the chairman.
In these roles he took part in numerous negotiations with Russia's gas monopoly Gazprom.
In 2004-2010, he coordinated the process of raising borrowings from international banks of USD 2 billion and was responsible for restructuring external debt in 2009.
Andriy Kobolyev started his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers (1999-2002).
There he worked as a management consultant and was responsible for strategic management and corporate reorganization projects.
In 2000, he graduated from the International Relations Institute at Kyiv National Shevchenko University with a Masters in International Economic Relations.

Sergiy leads Naftogaz cooperation policy regarding transit and supply of natural gas, gas realization and balance management.
He has more than 13 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
Sergiy is a specialist in finance and banking, with a background the insurance sector including activities related to servicing the external debt of Ukraine.
He graduated from the Institute of International Relations at Kyiv Shevchenko University, specializing in International Economic Relations.
Sergiy was awarded the official title "Honored Industrial Worker of Ukraine".

Sergiy Konovets leads the financial, treasury, accounting and budgeting functions.
His responsibilities include planning, financial and management reporting, treasury and investment analysis.
Sergiy was recommended by the representatives of the Professional Government Initiative - an association of Ukrainian graduates of foreign universities.
He has more than 18 years of successful professional experience in international companies, where he was engaged in audit, business development, finance and strategy development.
Before his appointment to Naftogaz of Ukraine, Sergiy Konovets worked for Boston Consulting Group — a leading Company in the field of strategic consulting. There he developed strategy, organizational structure and operating model for natural gas business of a leading global oil and gas company.
Prior to that he spent four years working as a manager of strategic planning and business development at Bunge - one of the world's largest companies operating in agribusiness and commodity trading.
Sergiy started his career as an auditor in leading audit and consulting companies. In 2000 he started as an audit manager at Deloitte and became a partner in six years. Previously he spent three years working as a senior auditor for Ernst&Young.
In 2005-2006, Sergiy was a member of the Advisory Council for accounting and audit under the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
In 2007, he received an MBA at one of the world's best business-schools — IMD (Switzerland), in 1995 - a bachelor's degree at the Kyiv National Economic University.

Director of Legal and Compliance
Yuriy Kolbushkin has worked for Naftogaz of Ukraine since the very foundation of the company.
He has experience as a deputy board chairperson and department head. Yuriy was previously responsible for tax and price policies, budget settlements, formation of financial resources and economic regulation. Prior to his work in the oil and gas sector he was employed by the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance for 15 years.
He has been commended by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and is an 'Honorary Economist of Ukraine'.
He graduated from the Kyiv National Economy Institute.
Yuriy is a Doctor of Economics and a member of the Ukrainian Oil and Gas Academy.
